Hello, my name is Diane Keys and I, along with my husband Danny, would like to take this opportunity to briefly introduce ourselves as owner and operator of

We now have this property For Sale.
This property has operated as a nudist facility since the 1940?s. We purchased the property in
2009 and made it an adult only, over 21, clothing optional, lifestyle resort. Since the status of the
business has always been nudist in nature, it was an easy transition to becoming a lifestyle,
adult only operation.
The lifestyle social market is legally growing and nearly recession proof. We opened during one of America?s worst recession times, 2009 and made a profit every year.
It has been a wonderful business for me and my husband. We are both up in age and are retiring. The business is prepared though to continue without our presence.
Our average guest is between 30 and 60 years of age. Because of the structure of our social
activities, Pandora?s Forest has something to offer everyone.
A major, and one of the best business actions, was to list Pandora?s Forest Resort with the
major booking agents like Booking.com, Expedia, etc. We are the first and only lodging of this
kind listed on booking sites. It helps travelers discover our unique resort and facilitates with

sites: SLS (Swing Lifestyle), SDC (Swingers Date Club), Kasdie, etc. have become our best
